Present: Jim Wettlaufer, Earl Johnson, Christian Petersen
Motion 031192008-1: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Jim Wettlaufer to accept the minutes of February 27th meeting as read, all in favor.
Motion 03192008-2: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Christian Petersen to accept the minutes of March 12th meeting as read, all in favor.
Motion 03192008-3: Motion made by Jim Wettlaufer, seconded by Earl Johnson to appoint Karen Tavernier as Inspector of Animals, term to expire April 30, 2009, all in favor.
Motion 03192008-4: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Christian Petersen to sign a
5-year extension of a fire hydrant license for the East Brimfield Lake project, all in favor.
The Selectmen agreed to take the formation of the Bylaw Committee under advisement until a later date.
Motion 03192008-5: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Christian Petersen to delay
Signing of the VADAR contract amendment until the plan for payment is added to it.
Motion 03192008-6: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Christian Petersen to sign the ACT agreement for lake treatment of Hamilton Reservoir.
Motion 03192008-7: Motion made by Christian Petersen, seconded by Jim Wettlaufer to appoint Al West, Jr. as constable, term to expire June 30, 2008.
Warrants were signed and delivered to the Treasurer.
Motion 03192008-8: Motion made by Earl Johnson, seconded by Christian Petersen to adjourn the meeting at 7:35 p.m., all in favor.
